Fruit and vegetable farms are located throughout the highlands. Most farms allow visitors in and you can also buy them fresh on-site. Drive up to Tringkap or Kuala Terla to get a roadside view of the larger vegetable farms.

如从霹雳州南部的"打巴镇" 前往金马仑高原， 最先到达"冷力镇"再往前行走经过"冷力湖"大约四公里 "哈布"区处转右前往"Boh Tea"附近也能游览许多蔬菜农场、花园及西洋菜田。

金马仑高原蔬菜花果的盛产供应到全国各大城市如吉隆坡，怡保。新加坡更是一个主要的市场。
